Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing includes order confirmation, product availability check, quality coordination, packing and shipment preparation.

Processing time may vary slightly during weekends, public holidays, peak shopping periods, high order volume or supplier/warehouse delays.

Orders are not usually processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 5–9 business days after dispatch.

Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery destination, product type, warehouse location, customs clearance, local courier handling, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Averon Lifestyle works with trusted fulfillment and logistics partners to process, pack and ship selected products directly to customers.

Depending on the item ordered, products may be shipped from different warehouses or fulfillment locations. If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately and may arrive in separate packages.

You will not be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments unless clearly stated at checkout.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Averon Lifestyle may offer free shipping, promotional shipping rates or product-specific shipping offers. Any such offer will be clearly shown on the website or during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.

Tracking information may take a few business days to update after dispatch. This is normal, as carrier systems may take time to scan and update shipment movement.

If your tracking link does not show updates immediately, please allow some time for the carrier system to refresh.

Multiple Packages

If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when products are fulfilled from different warehouses or shipped using different logistics routes.

If one item arrives before another, please do not worry. The remaining item may still be in transit.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete, accurate and updated before placing your order.

Averon Lifestyle is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, lost packages or return-to-sender issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees or local charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Delayed Orders

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs clearance, high order volume, incorrect address details, public holidays, weather conditions or other events outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number and we will help check the shipment status.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with:

  • Building reception or security

  • Neighbours

  • Local post office or delivery courier

  • Any safe delivery location around your address

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will assist in reviewing the issue with the fulfillment or logistics partner.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A short description of the issue

After reviewing the case, we will guide you on the next steps.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and items received.

We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been submitted for fulfillment, packed, dispatched or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused by the customer, not collected, or returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we may not be able to offer a refund for shipping charges or related fulfillment costs.

If the package is returned to the sender, we will review the case and inform you of the available options.
