Returns sent to the wrong address, or sent without approval, may not be accepted or refunded.

4. Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original item, if eligible. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

All replacement purchases are subject to product availability.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been submitted for fulfillment, packed, dispatched or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

10. Refused, Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, not collected, or cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, we may not be able to offer a full refund.

Additional shipping, return or fulfillment costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
